Hey just thought I should throw in a little self-promotion. My name is Parker and my blog is about music (punk in general, but not limited to it) and local music too. So if your bored go read it from time to time.

Also in a band, just garage status right now but I'll post here when I have more info. We are Second Hand Citizens. Look us up.

"Fortunately, not everyone is willing to abide by the notions of safety in sameness. The people who push the creative envelope whether in art, music, politics, or even business, do their fellow man a great service by adding facets of what's possible in life..." -John Rippo, Editor - The Espresso, Aug. 2006

"[SDIMF] looks to be one of the premiere indie music events on San Diego's annual musical calendar, and shouldn't be missed by any music fan." -San Diego CityBEAT

"San Diego Indie Music Fest is a landmark event. In the face of the current state of the music industry, these 2 young women have come together to create a prototype for the present that will grow exponentially with each new year, benefiting not only the Artists, but the Community wise enough to support and celebrate them. It was an honor to Headline the inaugural SDIMF." -Jonatha Brooke / 2004 SDIMF Headliner
